Party Terms & Conditions

• There are NO walk-in parties. All parties MUST be booked/reserved in advance. Items resembling a party (for example balloons or gifts) will not be allowed. 

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. To avoid additional charges, you must call at least 10 days in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within 9 days of your party, you are fully responsible to pay the remaining balance. 

• There will be NO down grading birthday packages, Only upgrading to the next package. 

• Parties can not exceed an hour and 45 minutes. This allows time for clean-up and set up time for the next party schedule. If your party exceeds the time limit, additional fees will be applied. 

• Cake and Ice cream must be provided by the responsible party. 

• Outside food will be allowed on a case to case basis. You must have approval from the store owner/manager prior to bringing in your own items. 

• You may show up no more than 15 minutes early for your party. 

• We do NOT allow pinatas and confetti. 

• All decorative items are rented and do not leave BWU under any circumstances, with the exception of the personalized Birthday Banner and the accessories. (Depending on the theme package you choose) 

• NO more than the max amount of people allowed in the party room. If you need more space, please book BOTH party rooms. 

• All packages are priced for 1 birthday child. Additional Birthday children will be $50 up-charge to your package. 

• There will be no extra charge for bouncing upon completion of the party or for any adults bouncing with the party. 

• Depending on the amount or type of parties scheduled, we may be closed to the public. 

•       All self decorated parties are required to have three tablecloths. One for both tables and one for the cake table. If you do not have tablecloths, you will be required to purchase them from us. 

• Additional Cost for themed parties are as follows: 

Solid Color Package: $20.00 Standard Package: $50.00     Premium Package: $65.00    Ultimate Package: $85.00  

•   We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before the beginning of your appointment.

•   We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Cash. NO personal checks accepted. Tips are welcomed but not expected. 

•    As stated above, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking/reserving your party. Your deposit and acceptance acknowledges that you accept our rules and regulations for your party, cancellation and food/beverage policies. 
•    Additional time cannot be guaranteed on the day of the party. If additional time is needed and can be accommodated, additional fees will apply. 
•    We are not able to provide or send out invitations at this time. 
•    Inclement weather cancellations (i.e. snow, rain, hurricane, etc.) are handled on a case to case basis and must be rescheduled to a day within 45 days of your original date. We can not guarantee that the new time or date will be available but we will work with you to get as close as possible. Any party that is not rescheduled are still non-refundable.
